Hi @Vaibh1,
Thank you for your reply,
It seems like you're encountering an issue with recovering the bootloader on your HP Pavilion gaming laptop.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Ensure USB Drive is Bootable: Make sure the USB drive you're using to recover the bootloader is properly formatted and contains the necessary recovery files. Sometimes, the issue could be with the USB drive itself.
- Verify Recovery Image: Double-check that the recovery image you downloaded from the HP website is compatible with your specific laptop model (HP Pavilion gaming ec-0101ax). Ensure that you've downloaded the correct recovery image for your laptop.
- Check BIOS Settings: Access your laptop's BIOS settings and ensure that the USB drive is set as the first boot device in the boot order. This ensures that your laptop attempts to boot from the USB drive first when it's connected.
- Recreate Bootable USB: If the USB drive's bootable image seems to be corrupted or not working, recreate the bootable USB drive. Make sure to follow the instructions provided by HP for creating a bootable recovery USB drive.
- Try a Different USB Port: Sometimes, using a different USB port on your laptop can resolve issues with booting from USB drives. Try connecting the USB drive to a different USB port and see if it helps.
