Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC (4T506AV)

I'm trying to reinstall the operating system on my HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 and I need some assistance.  I keep getting a message saying HP Sure Recover Failed: Execution Status: There was an error finding any valid manifest.
