Hi:

 

Your notebook is too old to have been supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

You will not need a product key to reinstall W10, since the W10 product key is stored in your PC's BIOS firmware.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
