I'm trting to reset my laptop bc it won't boot up. So I looked up a few things and it said to run the start up, run, memory tests and it has come back to short DST failed failure I.d 94W5AO-62K9RF-MFKTOJ-60WPO3

Hi,

This means that the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. You can use any 2.5" HDD or even a cheap SSD.

Once replaced you can reinstall the OS and all should work fine.
