I am constantly getting startup issues and I need windows 10 image to do a reimage

Hi:

 

You can reinstall W10 by using another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable recovery drive with the HP Cloud recovery tool.

Please, check the attached PDF file below to see instructions how to reimage/reinstall your Windows 10.

You may use Windows Media Creation Tool to download the official ISO file.
