You have two options:

 

The only place I know of where you can download W7 ISO file would be from this link below--all the way at the bottom:

 

Windows 7 Home Premium Free Download ISO 32 Bit 64 Bit

 

I have compared the ISO file with one I downloaded from Microsoft years ago and it appears to be the same file size.

 

I also scanned it for viruses but using this site is at your own risk.

 

Your other option would be to order a W7 recovery kit from this vendor at the link below:

I don't use 3rd party A/V software.

 

If you want to download the file, you can temporarily turn the Avast off.

 

The built in Microsoft Edge security also blocks the download, but I have the option to ignore and keep the file.
