I recently had to have the hard drive replaced in my HP Envy x360 laptop.  They did not try to recover any of my data from the hard drive but instead returned the hard drive to me.  I have NEVER seen a hard drive that looks like this one.  It is an unprotected longs circuit board.  Can anyone out there tell me where to find a hard drive reader that will accommodate this hard drive?  I would really like to be able to access my data.

Hi:

The parts list for the product number you posted indicates that your notebook came with a NVMe M.2 solid state drive.

HP PartSurfer

This should be what you need.  You will need to have a PC with a USB 3 or 3.1 port.  Your notebook should have one.

Amazon.com: SSK Aluminum M.2 NVME SSD Enclosure Adapter, USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) to NVME PCI-E M-Key...

Hopefully, you will be able to read/copy data from the failed M.2 NVMe SSD, but there is no guarantee you will be able to.
