Product: HP 15-g020dx Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I need a recovery disk for an HP 15-g020dx that I got from my sister.  In trying to get the system in operating condition, the installation of Windows cleaned the hard drive but did not complete and now the OS is missing.  I do not have everything that she got from years ago.  It will not even upload Windows without HP drivers.
