HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

I went to do the 11 update and closed my computer, accidentally. Now, I have a blue screen. I need a recovery key to do anything. Won’t reset at all. I’m just stuck at the blue screen. Not sure what else to do. Haven’t been able to use it all day. I’m do not have any recovery keys on my outlook either.
