Product: HP Notebook - 15-f305dx

I recently got a laptop from a friend and from what I can tell there was a problem with the boot or the BIOS. I kept trying all different sorts of techniques such as force power off, power on, repeat but I think that damaged the hard drive even further. Now it barely even starts and I need to do a BIOS Recovery but HP does not have the operating system for the BIOS Recovery download that I need for a USB flash drive recovery. How do I get this?
