HELLO,

 

I HAVE A HP MINI AND I HAVENT USED FOR AWHILE AND I DONT REMEMBER THE PASSWORD. WHEN I CLICK ON FORGOT PASSWORD IT SHOWS ME A MESSAGE THAT SAYS THAT  I NEED A FLOPPY DISK OR UBS FLASH DRIVE, WHICH I TRED, BUT IT DID NOT WORK. THANKS
