Is there a master key password that I could enter? Someone told me to purchase a flash drive to reset, however, I can't find any directions to reset it. Please advise, I will forever be grateful, Thanks in advance

There are ways to breach the security - particularly on Windows 7.

We are not allowed to provide any information that bypasses the security on your device, be it computer or other technology.

Locked out of your computer?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

This does not mean the information is not "out there" - it means that we cannot provide any assistance.  The rules are meant to help keep  our members and their data safe from unauthorized access.

Were it me and I did not have the information to bypass the security, I would take the computer to a local licensed Microsoft technician who should have the tools necessary to help you access the computer.  Be prepared to provide proof that you own the computer and (that you) have a right to access the data.
