HP Notebook 15-ay169nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i installed PHDGD Virtual VRAM Tool a while ago just to play Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 in my Notebook but now i want to go back to my original VRAM settings because i want to update the drivers. I uninstalled that program but the advanced settings of my display keeps showing that i have 1536 MB of dedicated memory, i know is totally fake so i want to go back to default because while trying to download the graphic drivers, Intel told me that they can't update the driver because a driver provided by a custom equipment manufacturer has been installed on my computer and i don't want to install a generic driver because that may damage my PC, i don't want that, please help. thanks(:

We can not help with third-party, non-HP, apps -- but my guess is that you will have to reinstall the VRAM app and then use it to reset the VRAM back to its original settings.  After that, you should be able to uninstall it and be OK.

You should also check with the vendor of that product to find out what they suggest.

Good Luck
