Product: Hp Stream Notebook
Hello, I have an HP stream notebook. I recently reset the whole entire system. I had many issues such as it failing and pausing once the loading percentage got to 62%. I finally was able to get the device to go to the main home screen. Each time I log in it says preparing windows, and when I finally got it I had absolutely no icons. It only shows the recycling bin. It also does not let me click on the windows menu in the left bottom corner. Why is it not allowing me to operate as usually???

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

 

Can you start in SAFE MODE?
