Product: HP ELITEPAD 1000 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

After ugrading to Windows 10, camera stopped working... So I contactwd Microsoft, and my call was re-directed to some call center in India, where within a week they literally managed to damage my tablet... Please help me re-insatall the oerating system Windows Small screen 8.1 OEM and the coresponding drivers. Please!

Sorry, but we have no way, from here, to assist you in installing the OS to your PC.  That is something you will have to do on your own or pay someone else to do, for you.

Second, this is a tablet, not a laptop, and while I would ordinarily recommend ordering HP Recovery Media (for a laptop), there is no such media listed on the HP support page for your tablet.  So, my suspicion is that HP does not supply it.

What you really need to do is contact HP Customer Support directly to find out what options you have to restore this Tablet to its original condition.  My suspicion is that you would have to send it to HP and pay them to have it restored -- but that is only my guess.
