HP 2000-369WM Notebook
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I recently did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium x64 on my PC after accidentally formating the HHD because of a faulty image system I tried to restore.

I was able to download and install most of the drivers that I required from this page on hp website:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-2000-300-notebook-pc-series/5145724/model/5171088...

However the chipset driver seems to be missing.

The processor is: AMD E-450 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.65HGz

This seems to be the motherboard information of the pc:

Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard

            Product: 3577

SerialNumber: PCHMCA47V1R2BJ

             Version: 24.49

I obtained that information by running the following command on the command prompt:

    >wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version,serialnumber

The rest of the pc specs are on this hp page (its google cache version since the page look blank to me otherwise):

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03015474&DocLang=en&docLocale=en_US&...

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi:

Download and install the amd chipset drivers and restart the PC.

You want the first driver listed on the webpage.

Thanks a lot, that was very helpull. One question: I've already installed all the drivers in the website and downloaded all windows updates. Will it be fine if I install the chipset drivers now or should I start again and install them first?

You're very welcome.

While it is recommended that you normally install the chipset drivers first before installing any other driver, I don't foresee any major issues if you go ahead and install them now.
