Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fh0000 (77W46AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my company specifically purchased this laptop because it came with windows 10 pro preinstalled. we are having issues because the laptop updated to windows 11 and crashed and wiped out the entire hard drive the day after I had it all set up for our company! I had to reload windows 10 pro, but much to my chagrin you don't provide those drivers? we do not wish for it to update to 11 and I had those updates set in the policy editor to not automatically update for this very reason, but somehow it over road this setting. we have some custom made software that at present dose not function well on windows 11 not to mention I have no serial to even install windows 11 because it came with windows 10. Bottom line is I need the drivers that HP configured with this laptop.
