Don't understand what you're asking.
Your PC, if it came with Win7 preinstalled, also had an HP OEM product key -- printed on a label on the case.
If you're asking to exchange that key for something else, that can't be done -- as the key belongs to the PC, not to you.

Sorry, misunderstood what you wanted.
Anyway, @CherylG provided you the same ISO link I would have.
That will download an ISO file of the same OEM edition that HP uses.
You can then use the free RUFUS tool to create a bootable DVD or USB stick from that ISO file and then use that to install Win7 OEM.

The key is valid to activate Windows on any new hardware other than motherboard of the laptop.

The Windows OEM product key is tied to the motherboard of the PC.
You can change out the hard drive and still reuse the same product key.
But if you change out the motherboard, you can't do that.
