I need to install the Intel Rapid storage Technology drivers on a software program in order to help a customer reset her Windows login password.

You can download an Intel RST driver from this link then follow the steps below to extract drivers and copy them to your Lazesoft recovery media.

HP ENVY Desktop TE01-3082Bundle PC (319Q0AA) Software and Driver Details

1. Right-click on the downloaded file (sp145341) and click on "Open with administrator" to start the extraction process.

2. When you are asked where to save files, with the default directory path being displayed, click on Next.

3. Go to C:\SWSetup and double click the sp145341 folder then the src folder. Copy both the ADL and RKL folders to the root directory of the Lazesoft recovery media.

4. Run the desktop PC from the recovery media, and when prompted to load driver, browse to the \ADL folder and click on it. If drivers in the folder are right ones, the recovery media should detect the hard drive.

If your desktop comes with an Intel Core 12th gen processor, the recovery media needs to see VMD driver, and the ADL folder contains it. But if the recovery drive still doesn't detect the hard drive, it may also need to see the RKL folder that contains other types of IRST drivers. So let us know how it goes.
