used once and never worked again, I been using the laptop without any of the gaming benefit since then NOW IM WANTING TO PLAY A GAME ON IT AND NEED HTE GAMING DRIVERS AND FEATURES....can someone help me to buy a new one??? I really can't find out how.

Hi:

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Very helpfull and very detail help, I didn't know this service from HP was available to reload our systems when I purchase my laoptop I also order the usb drive with the image used 2 times, but the data get corrupted, as soon I get to Us next month I will reload properly.
