Product: HP 15 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 15 notebook laptop and it has crashed, I have asked this question several different ways but still can't fix it,  I need to do a complete system recovery, I have created a system Image recovery DVD and a Microsoft recovery disk but I can't get into the computer to control panel  and recovery Manager not working right won't let me do a system restore and command prompt not working right anything I ask it say not a internal or external command so I don't know what to do can anyone help?
