I cannot remember my admin user password to login to my desktop, so, as a result I need to perform a factory reset, or system recovery. I'm not sure which would be the better process to use, or how to perform it. I don't have any files, or data that I'm going to lose by performing a reset. I just want want to make sure I'm choosing the right procedure and performing it correctly.

Thank you!
