Gone are the days when a recovery media is supplied with the purchase of a PC.
I haven't seen that option in many years.
Your only option if you want W11 Home in S mode would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive and another PC to create the recovery media with.

Otherwise, you can install the full version (not S-mode) of W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft Media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
