I occasionally get a black window that opens up on start up that says system 32. How fix?

It just shows up, now sometimes, when I turn on my laptop. Its a small all black window that in says error system 32. It goes away but it does make it start up very slow and it worries me. How do i fix or get rid of it? i have turned off any unnecessary (sometimes all) programs on start up to see if that would help but it didn't.

I see you are experiencing start up issues with the HP ENVY X360.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
• Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
