Hello @Leyla0000 , how are you ?

For this failure, you first need to update the device's BIOS.

If the fault still persists, you will have to request technical assistance to replace this RTC battery.

Best regards

Will my downloaded programs, files, and images be deleted when updating the BIOS?

I got this warning while updating, should I continue?I don't know what to do because there is a problem with this adapter, I didn't see this warning in the videos I watched

Hello @Leyla0000

You can continue, there is just an alert warning that the BIOS update requires the power adapter to be connected to the Laptop during the update.

Do not turn off or remove the adapter during the update.

Best regards
