Product: HP Pavilion Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Laptop warranty expired while on vacation 2/3/2020. I purchased extended coverage 2/16/2020 and order was confirmed through e-mail. The extended warranty purchase will not activate to my laptop and I have found it impossible to get in touch with HP.
I can not find anywhere where a person may need to copy the confirmation detail and add to existing software and HP will not auto cover...this is a very poor service product in my opinion.
I Hope someone can help me as HP is not supportive at this time.
