Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi I realize their is no support for windows 7from HP. I am trying to get mine to turn on so I can get my pictures off of it and then upgrade it to windows 11. I have   p ics of my grandson that his father hasn't seen due to him being incarnated, could womeonehelp me please?

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
