Product: HP Notebook - 15-dw1083wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I received a defected hp computer and i have not been able to exchange it amywhere how do i complete Because i should be able to return the product for a newer product or recieve my money back.

Start with talking with the vendor where it was purchased. Many will take care of that without involving HP, that is the easiest and best way unless it was purchased directly from HP store.
