Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my computer that came with Windows 10 1803 to 1903. Then I threw the format because the storage was too full (I threw the format of the Windows 10 1903 version.) After the format, my license that came with the computer disappeared. My current operating system is Windows 10 1903. My computer Hp 15-da1001nt.

Sorry, but I can't find any HP product page for the product you list.

 

If, as you say, it came with Win10 preloaded, that means the Product Key, which was an HP OEM license, was embedded into the UEFI firmware of the motherboard.  This is totally unaffected by formatting because that only affects the hard drive, not the firmware.

 

Your license didn't disappear, as it is still embedded into the firmware.  You can retrieve it using this utility:  Showkey - Windows 10 Forums

What do you mean you threw the format ? Windows 10 license should be there, embedded in BIOS of your machine. You can find it using the following tool:

 

   https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/
