By typing the message of errors appeared to me after using recovery, on google search:

On this link 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

i used:

(the Bootrec.exe tool to troubleshoot a "Bootmgr Is Missing" error) way,

typing at the Windows RE command prompt:)

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

With an OEM-formatted PC, that was the wrong thing to do.

The Active partition is what Windows uses to boot, and on OEM-formatted PCs, there is generally a smaller BOOT partition -- and that is the one that needs to be marked active.

If the wrong partition is marked as active, Windows is not going to boot until you fix that.

If you can not boot your PC to do that repair, then I recommend the use of a third-party tool known as Minitool Partition Wizard. This is a free partitioning tool and you should download their Boot CD ISO file to a local drive.

You can get it from here: http://downloads.tomsguide.com/MiniTool-Partition-Wizard-Bootable-CD,0301-51034.html

Once you have this, you have a choice of media to create:
1) If you can boot from CD, download and install ImgBurn and use the Write Image to Disk option to create a bootable CD.
2) If you can boot from USB, download and install RUFUS and use the option to create a bootable USB stick from the ISO file.

Boot your PC with the media you created.

Once running Minitool, you should get a list of partitions and you can change the Active one to the small boot partition.

AFter that, your PC should boot.

IF it does not, then you're looking at removing the hard drive and doing data recovery using a different PC.

So, let me know how it goes.

I have an important question my friend before using this solution plz:

will this way format the drive "C" which i marked as active and should repair it ??

this ill drive contains all my important lessons that i can not lose 😭😭😭

Knowing that my laptop is one partition its: "C" only,

and in the normal case, it was not marked as an active one, but me who did 😭

there are another small one called:

"0" (system partition) witch contains: "Rams", and it was the original "active" one
