Hi @Tabreaz,
We need a bit more information to help:
- Your exact laptop model (label under the laptop).
- What you see on screen now (error message or photo).
- Whether you were installing a Windows update or reinstalling Windows.
If Windows won't start, press F11 repeatedly at power-on to open HP Recovery / Windows Recovery and choose Troubleshoot → Startup Repair.
