I was having trouble with my laptop. I called what I thought was an HP support number. Evidently it was a scam and they have changed the pin on my laptop and I cannot get in it. HELP!!!

Hi:
Unfortunately, no one here would be able to help you with getting into your PC if you don't know the PIN.
Your only option would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this purpose, and access to another PC running W7 64 bit or newer.
