Hello. I just bought a pc which came with freedos. So i went ahead and formatted it with a usb stick to Windows 10. While in the format screen, i deleted all the disk segments and created new ones. I guess they had stock drivers that hp put in. Now even after i updated my drivers with driverpack solution and hp support thing, i still get ver low fps from games like civ6 and tyranny. My machine has gtx 1650 so i think there is something wrong with what i did. Hope you can help me.

Check the driver page I posted and on the driver you want to install, see if there is a previous version link to click on and if there is, it will have a list of all of the previous versions of the drivers.
What I would do if I were you would be to start from square one and reinstall W10 again and have a clean slate to work with.
I recommend you only use those 3rd party driver updater programs as a very last resort.
If you have any issues finding drivers, you can use this guide to find the hardware ID for the device that needs the driver, google the ID, and you should easily be able to find the driver you need.

If you get stuck trying to find a driver, post the hardware ID for the device, and I will be happy to help you out.
You should install the following drivers in this order and restart the PC after each installation...
Intel Chipset installation utility.
Nvidia graphics driver
Realtek Audio driver
Then you can install the rest as you see fit.
If you are installing Windows 10 v 2004, use the latest drivers on the support page.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the drivers from your notebook's support page.
