Microsoft Windows 11

My new PC has Windows 11.   I downloaded,  installed and activated Microsoft 365 and when I tried to go into either Word or Excel it kept asking for a PIN number.  I did not have a PIN number  so tried an old PIN number from my old PC.  Because I tried many times, now my PC is locked up and I can't get in at all.

Windows is designed to lock the PC after three failed login attempts -- for several hours -- but after that, you should be able to login again.

If this happened hours ago or yesterday and you still can not login, then your account is locked and we can't do anything to help you with that, as that is an MS account.

I wish we could help you -- but we're not allowed to, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
