A couple months ago my computer God I never resolved it until I decide to reset my computer completely and delete all the data on it when I said it it made me wait reset it put me to this page turn off is installing Windows something and I believe the computer died over time because of my foolishness and every time I turn on the computer it shows me the screen that says welcome HP and then he just keeps on going back to 64% windows in stock and it rotates between those two

Hi:

 

You have a couple of options if you have access to another windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive...

 

Make a a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.

Your other option would be to clean install W10 by creating bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
