Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I tried to upgrade to the internet latest browser in my hp window 10, but as the result that I   did not the latest browser, it was fixed, but my HP window 10 Labtop was down grade to window 8.1.  and I lost my Words and Excel ion on the Labtop.  Please help me get THE WINDOW 10 BACK and the Word and excel program back.

It's not a simple process to do that, especially if you BOUGHT MS Office along with the PC and it came preloaded -- as the standard HP Recovery Media, which is what you would use to restore your PC, does not contain that.

 

Your best bet would be to contact HP Customer Support directly and see what they can do for you regarding your getting MS Office in a form that you could reinstall it.
