HP 2000 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my hard-disk got crashed so I replaced my Hard Disk but unfortunately when I reinstalled Windows I found that My Bluetooth is not working at all and sometimes my touchpad does not respond. I thought that it might be the driver problem or windows problem so I reinstalled Windows 8 whis was preinstalled in my pc for about 2-3 times and installed drivers from https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-2000-2d00-notebook-pc-series/5375422/model/53933...

but the problem persists so I explored HP website for recovery options but my product model is not supported in HP Cloud Recovery Tool. So now I just want my Product's HP Recovery Image so that I can recover it to factory os version i.e. Windows 8.

The only other way to get the HP version of the OS is to see if you can order HP Recovery Media from HP.

HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities.

In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks. You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.

You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update".

If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.

Or, if you prefer, you can do the same by contacting HP Customer Support.

It is not on your website so can you please provide it to me online. Or you can tell me if it is available on your service center.
