Hello, since I bought my laptop, I have not changed my Windows and I am using Windows 10. But for some time I feel that my laptop is slow and sometimes the task bar hangs and crashes. Now I decided to change Windows, but for the system programs and HP drivers, which are many like AMD Radeon software, Bang and Olufsen, HP Audio switch, HP Pen Control, HP Command Center and some others, they disappear like when installing Windows manually, and I did not find some of them on HP's website. There is a solution for this problem that you can tell me. Thank you for your time.

The "solution" is that you are required to use installation media created from an HP OEM image in order to restore the HP-provided drivers and apps. Something you get from Microsoft is not going to do this.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:

If you use a different PC to run the tool, you will have to provide your PC's product number. Here is an HP link for finding that information:
