HP Notebook - 15-da0053wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to enable TPM 2.0 back. However, I've tried Settings Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now > Troubleshoot >Advanced options>UEFI Firmware Settings>Restart but it keeps saying 'Compatible TPM cannot be found'. Could you please tell me how to resolve this. I know that my PC can support this requirement since I had Windows 11 before having to reboot it.

It NOT, you can't upgrade.

I can't see it on the list but how come I was able to upgrade my PC to Windows 11 before?
