Product: Compaq Presario CQ57
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Im locked out of my Compaq Presario CQ57. Im administrator with a password and forgot the password. I dont have a password recovery disk. Nor does the usb work. Which is the easiest to do a hard factory restore or bypass the password.
