I just want to factory reset it to where it’s like I just pulled it out of the box. It says I have no storage for anything, I don’t care about my files I just want it to be like it was when I got it straight out of the box.

Hi
The F11 option is quite often disabled.

Page 61 should cover it.

If in doubt please ask.

I read the little links you posted but I’ve tried doing things that people have suggested the F11 pulls up a screen that says I can restore but then it just goes on to tell I don’t have enough gb of storage to do that.

Hi, @Skcih
That is a common issue with those Stream notebooks with the tiny 32 GB drives.
See if you can reset the PC by making a bootable USB recovery drive using the cloud recovery client utility.
The recovery drive you create using the cloud recovery utility is supposed to restore the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...

If that fails, you can clean install W10 if you don't mind not having all the HP software that came with your notebook.
Clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation drive using the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W10 should begin to install.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
Clean installing W10 and deleting all the partitions will allow you to have the maximum amount of drive space for a couple programs and files and future Windows updates.

Nobody that I know of has been able to get an external hard drive or SD card to work to create additional space.
The only other thing you can try if you have not done so already to free up space, would be to run the disk cleanup utility.
When the program arrives at the window, click on the Cleanup system files button on the lower left side of the window.
The disk cleanup program will restart, and this time when you get to the disk cleanup window, you can check all the boxes to delete the unnecessary files.
Sometimes the old Windows update cleanup file can take up to several GB of space.
