Yes, you can do that if you have a USB drive large enough to store the entire image on.

I want to update my wifi driver after reinstalling window 10 then when I update driver to latest It shows code10 please help in updating this driver to Realtek driver

The latest W10 wifi driver for the Atheros wifi adapter is this one...

 

10.0.0.318    Jul 14, 2015

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71815.exe

 

That is an outdated wifi adapter and there are no recent W10 drivers for it.
