I have had problems with the battery and I have replaced the fan. I don't want to throw this laptop away, but I need a better one because my job requires better graphics and streaming ability. I went on the site to get a quote on the trade in and it said:
Unfortunately the HP ITAD Service in this country is currently available for direct customers only. Please contact your Sales Representative for further information about HP ITAD Service.
I am not sure what to do with this, as I have no Sales Representative. Can anyone help me figure this out?

I also cannot contact support, as it sends me here or to the virtual assistant which just tells me to go to an HP location in person. However, I feel as though this might not be the solution to my problem and I would like to speak to someone online or over the phone.

I don't think HP has any scheme like that. My suggestion is to check your local secondhand shops they will help you.
