Product: HP Pavillion 23 all in one touch screen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not sure what version of windows 10.  My friend need a computer and so I was loaning it to her to work from home during this virus.  So I backed up my files on a thumb drive and ran system restore and chose to wipe all files it was going through the process and then it restarted for restore and I got an error message stating.  The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an error.  Windows installation cannot proceed.  To install Windows click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.   When I click ok it restarts restoring and then I get the same error message over and over again.  Help please.
