Hey,

I wish to download the HP Recovery Image for my HP Laptop..

Product ID : 2Z324PA#ACJ

Serial Number : [Personal Information Removed]

 

I wish to download the Windows 10 19H2 recovery image file for this laptop... When I try creating the media using HP Cloud Recovery Tool, I get Windows 10 2004... My laptop came factory with 19H2.. Therefore, is there any way with which I can obtain the image for Windows 10 19H2, I regret 2004.. Even 19H1 would do.. Or any before 2004 which was supported for this laptop would do. Please help me out!
