Hello,

i have the problem that my i7 is always working with 4,4 - 4,6 GHZ. I closed everything and the i7 still boosting on 2-3% workload.

I change the energie options ( min 1 % max 1 % ) and still the same .... what can this be ?!

Hello
I don't understand, you said it's 100%, but what?
you give a capture, except here the max is the memory which is at 31% the cpu at only 4%
you should not lower the speed at this point, 1% max utilization is way too low
you say you have closed everything, apart from there will always be programs in operation, it is normal
there you have the internet browser
antivirus
nvidia applications etc
if you want to get to 0% you will have to delete everything, not a good idea ..

Sorry, i mean my CPU is always in Turbo boost, means its not going under 4,2 GHZ.

I had 50 PCs / Laptops in my life and still have one next to me with the i7 7700HQ and its NOT boosting ALL  THE TIME.

Also i put the energie options ( processor ) to min and MAX1%. Even when i put other intel processor to 99% and not 1% they are not boosting any more.

Hope you understand me, my technical english is not the best.

This is what i mean, hes always in boost / Turbo.

I think any other option is boosting the processor all the time but i have no option in BIOS

I admit that my eyes are not fixed on the use of the turbo boost of my computer
I don't think this is a huge problem
normally it is managed automatically, you will certainly not have any modifiable options in the bios
I would like to try to search, but I am not sure that trying to modify this is very useful, it must not be harmful to the computer!
I advise you in any case to return the settings to normal

Sorry, don't get me wrong, but please don't answer here when you dont even know the basic things :P. The lifetime of the processor is shortened and the fans are constantly turning to maximum on a new laptop that is definitely not normal!

And also alot of BIOS have this option but not mine so that means another option is boosting him all the time

Up to you
but your problem does not come from there
