WHEN I AM DOWNLOAD ANY SOFTWARE I FOUND KRENALL.DLL PROBLM  HOW I RESOLVE MY PROB

There is no such thing as "KERNALL.DLL".

 

There is something known as "kernel.dll" -- but that is a very old (10 years or more) component of a runtime library that is used by Windows.

 

If you are getting this message, the most likely cause is that you are trying to run some application that needs it and did not bother to check if that was already on your PC when you installed it.  You would have to determine what application that is and contact their vendor for that library file -- as we can not provide it.
