No one can issue you a BitLocker code.

 

If you originally set up your notebook using a Microsoft account, you should have been asked if you wanted to export the BitLocker recovery code to your Microsoft account, or you could print it out for safekeeping.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key | Microsoft Support

 

If you don't have the BitLocker recovery key, your only option would be to reinstall Windows in order to use your PC again.
