Hello,
1/ I have still an issue to login using Windows Hello. Sometimes the IR camera works for a couple of days and then dies again. Then I have to do all the solutions found on this forum (removing the Biometric device - Facial recognition Windows Hello in the device manager, removing and reconfiguring Windows Hello login options, re-installing the driver sp88464.exe, ...)
I found on this forum another user with a Spectre with similar problem (IR camera not working. Regular webcam works fine. - HP Support Community - 6866708). Is HP aware of the issue and are they going to issue a new driver for the webcam or does anyone know a more permanent solution?
2/ I am unable to contact HP support for this. The virtual assistant is of no help and on the website I tried already several days to contact an HP support person but he keeps telling me the service is currently not available. (region Belgium).
Anyone can help with a phone number or an email adres?
