HP has withdrawn support for the HP cloud recovery software since your notebook is 5 or more years old.

What I recommend you do is to use the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable USB installation flash drive and clean install Windows so you have the most drive space you can.

Download Windows 10

Boot from the installation media and when you get to the part of the process where you are asked, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

Click Next and W10 will install.

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from the support page.

I recommend you install only what needs to be installed.

After you are done, go to the C: drive and delete the SWSetup folder where all of the driver files unpacked to after you ran the files.

You need to save as much space as possible.

You will probably need to do this every couple of years.
